Nicole Guzzardi, affectionately known as the "Boss Babe," co-owns AG Construction Company with her fiance, real estate investor Billy Alvaro. Together, they are spearheading real estate developments across New Jersey, NewYork, and are now expanding to other states.
Nicole is a dynamic individual who adeptly balances multiple roles. As a mother of three and a grandmother, she holds family close to her heart.
Adding to her impressive portfolio in real estate, Nicole founded The Committee GNO, an empowering all-women's networking platform. This vibrant community fosters connections, collaboration, and mutual support among women in business.
Demonstrating her commitment to positive change, Nicole also established the S.M.A.R.T. Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting single mothers and their children. Driven by compassion and determination, Nicole and her devoted board provide invaluable resources, support, and opportunities for single mothers and their children.
Through her various endeavors, Nicole's desire to give back and uplift women shines brightly. Her dedication and passion continue to inspire hope and make a lasting impact on the lives of many, paving the way for a brighter future for women and their communities.
